Production Divisions

Our facility is organized into specialized production divisions, each equipped with dedicated machinery and staffed by experienced technicians.

1

Coating & Base Paper Division

Coating routes, line availability, material formulation, sensitivity, image density, and retention targets are reviewed against the exact product specification and current production plan.

2

Slitting & Converting Division

Slitting and converting equipment is selected by roll width, OD, core, winding, material, tolerance, and approved specification. Inspection records are defined by project.

3

Label Manufacturing Division

Label converting routes are reviewed by facestock, adhesive, liner, printing, die cutting, lamination, format, and approved sample before production planning.

4

Quality Control Laboratory

Inspection methods and records are selected from the product specification, intended use, acceptance criteria, and available equipment. Requested traceability and batch documents must be included in the project scope.
